Digital Services
All services offered through rolakhader.com are custom digital services created specifically for each client. These include, but are not limited to:

- Graphic Design
- Other digital services listed on this website
Because these services are customized, refund requests are handled differently from physical products.
Project Cancellation
Clients may request to cancel a project before work has started.
If no work has been performed, any payment made may be refunded, excluding any transaction fees or administrative costs where applicable.
If work has already begun, cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the amount of work completed.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- The project has not yet started.
- I am unable to provide the agreed service.
- Both parties mutually agree to cancel the project before substantial work has been completed.
Refunds will generally not be provided when:
- Work has already been completed or delivered.
- Design concepts or project files have been presented.
- The client changes their mind after work has started.
- Delays occur due to the client’s failure to provide required content or feedback.
- The client requests features or services outside the original project scope.
Revisions
Each service includes the number of revisions specified in its description.
If additional revisions are requested beyond the included amount, additional charges may apply.
Revision requests do not qualify for a refund.
Client Delays
Projects depend on timely communication.
If required content, approvals, or feedback are delayed by the client, the project timeline may be extended accordingly.
Long periods of inactivity may require the project to be rescheduled.
Non-Refundable Services
The following items are generally non-refundable once work has begun:
- Website design
- Logo design
- Brand identity projects
- Graphic design
- SEO services
- Website optimization
- Custom development
- Consultation services
- Digital files delivered to the client
Third-Party Costs
Refunds do not include third-party expenses paid on behalf of the client, including but not limited to:
- Domain registration
- Website hosting
- Premium plugins
- Premium themes
- Stock images
- Fonts
- Other third-party software or licenses
These costs are subject to the policies of their respective providers.
Exceptional Circumstances
Each project is unique.
If an unexpected issue arises, I will always make reasonable efforts to find a fair solution for both parties.
